Easy Directions:

    I love iTac when Im training or instructing on brass poles, particularly in winter when the poles tend to be a bit colder and therefore less grippy. Make sure that you clean off your pole thoroughly before use so that there’s no stick then slip moments. Use the product sparingly, apply to your inner knees and back of knee for extra grip for climbs and hangs.
